Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Nate Posey & Co. covering the RoboEdit web app, desktop app and API. Enterprise customers may operate under a separate signed MSA that supersedes these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be 16 or older. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for enabling appropriate security controls, including MFA where required by your organization.
3. Subscriptions and credits
Plans renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. AI credits are allocated each billing period, roll over for 60 days on paid plans and are not redeemable for cash.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use RoboEdit to create non-consensual likenesses, deceptive political content, CSAM, harassment, or content that infringes third-party rights. Voice cloning requires verified consent from the voice owner.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to media you upload and to your exports. You grant us a limited license to process that media solely to provide the service.
6. Generated output
Paid plans include a commercial license for generated captions, voices, music, images and video. Professional and Enterprise plans include IP indemnification subject to the acceptable use terms.
7. Service levels
Enterprise plans include a 99.95% uptime SLA with service credits. Other plans are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for non-payment or acceptable use violations, with notice where legally permitted.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with exclusive venue in Travis County, Texas.
