Refund Policy
1. 14-day money back
New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first charge, provided fewer than 500 AI credits have been consumed.
2. Yearly plans
Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellation stops the next renewal without a partial refund.
3. Failed renders
Credits consumed by renders that fail due to a platform fault are automatically refunded to your balance within one hour, and the job is re-queued at priority.
4. Credit purchases
Pay-as-you-go credit top-ups are non-refundable once consumed. Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
5. Enterprise agreements
Refunds for Enterprise contracts follow the termination terms in the signed order form.
6. How to request
Email billing@roboedit.net with your invoice number, or open a request from Billing in the dashboard. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
