Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
RoboEdit is operated by Nate Posey & Co., 1401 Lavaca St, Austin, TX 78701. For privacy questions or data subject requests, contact privacy@roboedit.net.
2. Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organization), billing data processed by Stripe, product telemetry (feature usage, render performance, error traces) and the media you upload for processing.
3. How we use customer media
Uploaded media is processed only to deliver the features you request. We do not use customer media to train models. Media is removed from render nodes within 24 hours and from storage according to your retention setting.
4. Legal bases
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on legitimate interests for security, fraud prevention and product improvement. Marketing email is sent only with consent.
5. Sharing and sub-processors
We share data with infrastructure and payment sub-processors under data processing agreements. The current sub-processor list is published in the Trust Center and updated 30 days before any change.
6. International transfers
Enterprise customers may pin storage and rendering to US, EU or APAC regions. Cross-border transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Projects are retained while your account is active. After cancellation, exports remain downloadable for 12 months and are then deleted. You can delete any project immediately from the dashboard.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data from Profile Settings, or by emailing privacy@roboedit.net. We respond within 30 days. Account deletion permanently removes media within 14 days.
9. Security
AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, MFA support, role-based access control, audit logging and annual third-party penetration testing.
10. Changes
Material changes are announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before taking effect.
